Moringa Oleifera: The Miracle Tree

This almost seems like it’s too good to be true..are there any health hazards in consuming Moringa on a daily basis?

@Brad, This tree vegie (called Malunggay in the Philippines) is a regular vegetable in the Phil., its leaf and young fruit consumed.
I grew up with this tree vegetable, a part of my family
diet most of the time. I remember during those times now, how on earth me and my whole family was so very healthy, almost we dont go and see a doctor for many years. Its only now that I came to realize, its one of the MOST potent
anti desease fighting vegetable around. Tried to grow them in a pot
here in my Zone 7-8 (NC) for awhile
and got lots of it til it died on a cold spell.

Is it possible to grow the Moringa plant here in the US?
I know it’s grown in Hawaii, but what about other states?

@Manny P., You can grow them in a pot just like I did but keep them warm 65′F and above on winter months. Mine died because I left it in a cold frame like the garage.
My plants are about 8feet tall with 1″ trunk. They grow fast and can teach 25feet or so in their native environment. It will grow part in Florida Zone 10 or warmer.
This tree vegie is strictly tropical, cannot tolerate frost.
They call this plant also “Horse Radish Tree” the most medecinal health giving plant vegie around!

Research that I have reviewed does not support any ill effects. Moringa is even deemed safe for nursing mothers. This is most likely due to the vegan based nature of the elements within the Zija beverage, toxicity does not appear to be issue.

I have a question, I have had three different types of cancer I am on anti-estrogen medication, for my brest cancer, my question is it safe for me to use?

Since this is a food rather than an herb, there does not appear to be any evidence relating Moringa in Zija, to having a direct influence on hormone levels. On the contrary, It appears to have a balancing effect as the nutrition supports the body’s systems rather than dictating to them.

Moringa the only plant element in Zija is not an herb at all. The use of the leaf, seed and oil includes all 8 essential amino acids (very rare for a vegan source) occur naturally; making this a food rather than an herb.

If moringa is rich in protein and essential and non-essential amino acids, would it be safe if i avoid eating other sources of protein like animal meat and fish? Will my muscles and overall health not deteriorate?
